Freedom in Christ

Together let’s ask some important questions about what it truly means to have freedom in Christ. What have you been set free from, so that you are now free to? You are free from sin, from anxiety, from shame, from guilt, from pain, from your past.

You are free to live an abundant life in Christ. You are free to proclaim the good news. You are free to be a child of God, fully known, and fully loved.

Are you living like you’re free?

“Jesus answered them, ‘Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who practices sin is a slave to sin. The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son remains forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.’”

John 8:34-36

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Matt. 11:28-30
